Walking With God

This one was tough to name because so MANY titles were shooting through my head! The main thing I wanted to convey was PROMISE amid those desert times hence the rainbow colored road representing the Lord's presence.

My dear friend Holly Smith told me that  the word "desert" in Hebrew means "place of the speaking."

If you are in the desert, dry place, wilderness etc. just know that you are NOT alone; God Himself is with you and walking WITH you. May your "dry place" be flooded with the Living Water speaking kindly to you. He is faithful, true, and near to those with a broken heart and crushed spirit. Walk on.

  1. Wow Margie what a revelation this creation and writing to go with it is! This is one of my favorites because I know when you are in solitude, you can hear God's voice like never before and that promise comes from that place and is a sign of His faithfulness!

I would love for you to re-post it on my blog for my audience to see (with a link back to your site so they can see more) Would you consider that? It's called Rendezvous and you can find it here: http://deepbreathministries.com/blog/category/Rendezvous/ Holly posts there too!

  5. I am in awe Margie because I was online looking for something but stumble across your picture and revelation. Margie it blew my mind because this was the very same colored road I saw this morning in prayer. My God! My God! I never saw something so beautiful in my life and when I saw the colored road I ask the Lord what is the revelation. Now my soul has been bless today because it was not a mistake that I came to you post. God Bless you woman of God for writing the revelation.

  7. Wow awesome...now I know. Many times I have driven down roads such as this one. And these times seem to be when God speaks to me the most!! Thank you. I knew Holy Spirit would reveal. He always does. I too am an artist. I used to paint alot when I was younger. Not to boast about myself, but I won awards for my art ( the beautiful talant God gave me) but I haven't done anything in years....your art has brought tears to my eyes....again thank you. I know what I must do now. May God continue to speak to you, may Holy Spirit continue to guide your hands upon the canvas.
